Fantastic place! You can watch take off and landing in your place:) It is good location close to airport (5-7 minutes by foot) like you are exactly inside. There is no noisy in spite of this because there are about 3-5 flights a day. It is clean inside and outside, there is beautiful garden. Good place to have some glass of wine and think about your next trip. When I come back to Faial Island I would like to stay here again,sure:) I would like to say thanks to Ana and Kyle:)

She is very sweet, caring and she stays in touch with you throughout the stay so you feel taken care of.

Set in Horta, Quinta da Maria offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. The property has mountain and garden views. I loved everything about my stay. Lucia and her husband are the sweetest people ever with the biggest hearts. Lucia shared a wealth of information regarding the island, the history, and the wonderful shops and restaurants in town. I had eggs from their chickens, the best honey ever from their bees, fresh bread daily, various fruits from their garden, and so much more. The house is so beautiful, comfy, and cozy.. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to hike and explore the countryside as I planned because of the extensive rain, so I was so glad I was in a place I truly enjoyed being. I wish I had booked more days there but will definitely return.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Castelo Branco, Quinta da Meia Eira is a farm stay surrounded by views of the garden. The area/garden is amazing. There are many indoor and outdoor places to relax. Everything is super tidy and well maintained. The hosts are very friendly and you can tell they love what they do.

This place is incredible. The decor is stunning, the balcony is out of this world with amazing views of Mount Pico when the weather cooperates. The breakfast is so delicious and plentiful. However, the very best part about this place are the owners. Andreas and Barbara are so welcoming and kind and really go above and beyond. Made my stay in Faial even that much better. Would 1000% recommend and come again!
