Airport Westney Lodge, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Auckland, 11 km from Mount Smart Stadium, 12 km from Auckland Botanic Gardens, as well as 12 km from ASB Showgrounds. There was no breakfast in the booking I had made so this is a not applicable answer. However, there was full kitchen facilities in a excellent set up of utensils, saucepans, microwave and stove.
