Wonderfully renovated ancient traditional Norwegian family home. We were alone in a 2 floor house, well equiped, nicely furnished. A charming atmosphere and amazing landscape. Keys were at the door when we arrived. Our family of 5 stayed 3 days, a perfect place for us. We could explore the Island by foot, it is very quiet, there is a small group of sheeps roaming nearby. We met the host on 2nd day, she is very kind and responds quickly to any demand. They let us use a small motor boat at a really good price to explore around Bolsøya Island. We wish to come back again !

Thon Hotel Moldefjord is located by the Storkaia wharf area in the heart of Molde, only 5 minutes’ walk from the Romsdal Museum. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and parking. Room was good size and comfortable (has all the facilities including an iron and board). Location is next to the port. Hotel has their own restaurant downstairs, which is quite decent. Breakfast is served in before mentioned restaurant and was very good, with a lot of options.
