Just a 5-minute drive from Heathrow Airport, Leonardo London Heathrow Airport has an airport shuttle (at surcharge), fitness centre and on-site restaurant. We were very satisfied with the room, although we were not in London for work, it was because we had missed our flight and the room was quite comfortable and the staff was very friendly and they knew how to help us at all times. I would also like to consider that we are vegan and we could get an excellent breakfast.

This is a pretty and welcoming pub/hotel with real ale and good food. The décor is lovely and the garden space very attractive. Staff were good and the manager excellent. We had one or two hiccups but sorted quickly. Great alternative to the brand hotels close to the airport.

Nice place for us to stay 1 night and really nearby the Heathrow airport. We enjoyed to live there because the flat was spacious and clean for living. It would be better if the flat could provide Wifi.

failed to inform me of the cancellation of the accommodation after traveling 4 hours and arriving late evening I had paid in full and on arrival I was told the accommodation had been canceled saying the room works had not finished I then had alternative accommodation to find At a cost for a late booking . It took weeks for a refund and I was not offered a single complimentary offer . Will not use again

We arrived 11pm No facilities available for a cup of tea or coffee Very disappointed . Our room was very clean and comfortable.. Sharad bathroom was clean and comfortable . minor changes would definitely get me to book again. Right now I wouldn't recommend it

Great location, felt safe as a solo traveller, staff very kind and helpful. Rooms were lovely, well equipped with tea/coffee tray with water and a fridge. Lovely shampoos and conditioner, luxury goose duvet. Great location for me so close to the airport for my flight the next day.
