We were allowed to arrive ahead of check-in time so we could spend the day at the falls. The hotel manager, Francisco, was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located next to Foz do Iguaçu airport, 5 minutes by car. Also on the territory of the hotel there are many animals, including birds, a very quiet and pleasant place in nature. We stayed for 1 night, early in the morning at 06:45 AM we had a flight, and Francisco at 05:45 AM (early in the morning) agreed to take us to the airport for free, moreover, his wife prepared sandwiches for us on the road, and we could during flight have breakfast. The best hotel service I’ve ever had !! The hotel and its equipment (pool, jacuzzi, pool table) are amazing but the staff is really the big plus ! They were really accommodating with us, helped us book a taxi, were flexible with the hours ect.. I would say this is the best hotel you could stay at for the price if you visit the falls.
