Friendly and helpful service from all staff especially one of the managers who voluntarily drove us to the airport. Delicious meals in the on-site restaurant. Excellent accommodation!!

Twelve 30 is truly our home away from home. Michele made my son and me feel as if we were returning to our own beds. The accommodation is clean, welcoming, and private. We arrived to the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread, pumpkin soup, and an enticing display of breakfast treats. The main bedroom is large and inviting, with an extremely comfortable bed and linen. The second bedroom made my thirteen-year-old feel secure, comfortable, and at home, allowing him to fall asleep within minutes. Twelve 30 has gone above and beyond to ensure you can leave home and arrive at another location without any hassle. The location is extremely close to all landmarks, allowing you to fully embrace the Tasmanian life. We will be staying with Twenty30 with pleasure in the near future.

Mount Rumney Escapes - 3 Seaview Wombat House asub Mount Rumneys, 15 km kaugusel Hobarti konverentsi- ja meelelahutuskeskusest, 10 km kaugusel Blundstone Arenast ja 13 km kaugusel valitsusmajast. Love the view from this lovely place . We had many animals ( some goats, sheep ) and wallabies and even a possum that was curious about us . The heater worked really well for the winter weather and the beds were comfortable. Only wish there were more pillows . We only stayed one night but next time would definitely stay longer because if we return to Tasmania

The apartment was clean, spacious, well appointed and had a great view. Beds were comfortable, washer/dryer was a bonus and worked well. It was nice to have Netflix on the TV. Kitchen was very nice and super clean.
