We checked in a little earlier than the scheduled time because the room had already been cleaned and prepped for us. The lady at the front desk was super sweet & told me what was nearby to entertain my kiddo during our stay.

The staff was amazing. I was traveling alone due to an immediate death in the family. It was an emotional time and the staff made me feel like they had my back and was looking out for my safety and concern. All of the staff was personable and friendly and if I come back to Victoria, I would definitely stay there again!
