Riu Plaza Chicago is attractively situated in the centre of Chicago, and features a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring Chicago! We easily walked to the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park and great restaurants. The included breakfast was a big plus, with lots of variety - fresh fruit, hot dishes and plenty for vegetarians. The lake view is absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to be there on a Saturday night and the room was a front row seat to the bi-weekly fireworks (I was told they do them on Wednesdays and Saturdays during the spring and summer). At check in try asking for a higher floor!
