Situated in Furano, within 2.8 km of Windy Garden and 4 km of Furano Station, Ituka Furano e features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. This was a delightful stay! The owners have been extremely helpful (explaining how to book ski lessons for the kids in advance, ski passes...dropping us off in the morning and picking us up from the ski area) and welcoming (letting the kids have a try at the piano). This has given us the opportunity to stay in a relaxing and quiet place, out of the hustle and bustle, beautifully decorated and appointed, with some relaxing music & a magnificent view of the snow on trees and houses outside, while making the most of skiing opportunities. The food offered by Naoko was delicious and amongst the best we have had in 3 weeks. For us this meant a careful balance between Japanese to please the parents and comforting for the kids. It all felt very homely. Some have commented that quantities are sometimes small - we have always had more than enough, were offered extras and felt comfortable asking more if needed. We have also found that the price / quality ratio of the food in comparison to hotels was second to none: freshly cooked, beautiful products. I have to admit that I was initially a bit worried to stay 5 minutes car ride away from the ski slopes with the children and we stayed a couple of days closer the first few nights just to get settled. But looking back, I would stay at Ituka every night. We have loved staying there and would recommend to anyone who like some respite after a long day of skiing.

Situated in Nakafurano in the Hokkaido region, Country Cottage Wakiaiai features a balcony. The 2-star country house has mountain views and is 4.4 km from Furano Station. The cottage was lovely - extremely homey and very warm in the winter. The owners were also very nice. Very clean and provided all the necessary appliances for our stay (washing machine, stove, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.) The wifi was very fast too, and the television was great as it comes with youtube and other streaming services.

Brand new (opened in Dec 2023) modern hotel with shared onsen bath, gym, cafe and restaurant. Location is close to convenience stores and restaurants.

Furano La Terre ligger midt i Hokkaido, 2 km fra togstasjonen Nakafurano, og tilbyr naturlige varme kilder, et karaokerom, Wi-Fi overalt samt rom med fjellutsikt. Breakfast and dinner were impressive and delicious. The location was convenient for our activities the next day. The accommodations were comfortable.

Surrounded by lush forests and lavender fields, Highland Furano boasts natural hot spring baths. Barbecue facilities can be used from April to October. JR Furano Station is a 15-minute drive away. It is located at a quiet and peaceful area, with great onsen, both jacuzzi and outdoor onsen are available. The tatami room was also great, especially if you like the tatami and futon experience.

Situated in Furano, near Furano City Office, Asahigaoka Park and Furano Marche, Alpine Guesthouse has a shared lounge. I highly recommend this place to anyone who travels solo, because it has single rooms and an elevator! I especially like the kitchen, offering everything for cooking, clean and complete with all the basic necessities!

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Pension and Restaurant La Collina is a recently renovated bed and breakfast located in Nakafurano, 6.6 km from Furano Station. A wonderful place to stay. So comfortable and the hosts were very attentive. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and they even cleaned all of the snow off our car in the morning. Highly recommend.
