The owners have been extremely helpful (explaining how to book ski lessons for the kids in advance, ski passes...dropping us off in the morning and picking us up from the ski area) and welcoming (letting the kids have a try at the piano). This has given us the opportunity to stay in a relaxing and quiet place, out of the hustle and bustle, beautifully decorated and appointed, with some relaxing music & a magnificent view of the snow on trees and houses outside, while making the most of skiing opportunities. The food offered by Naoko was delicious and amongst the best we have had in 3 weeks. For us this meant a careful balance between Japanese to please the parents and comforting for the kids. It all felt very homely. Some have commented that quantities are sometimes small - we have always had more than enough, were offered extras and felt comfortable asking more if needed. We have also found that the price / quality ratio of the food in comparison to hotels was second to none: freshly cooked, beautiful products. I have to admit that I was initially a bit worried to stay 5 minutes car ride away from the ski slopes with the children and we stayed a couple of days closer the first few nights just to get settled. But looking back, I would stay at Ituka every night. We have loved staying there and would recommend to anyone who like some respite after a long day of skiing.

The cottage was lovely - extremely homey and very warm in the winter. The owners were also very nice. Very clean and provided all the necessary appliances for our stay (washing machine, stove, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc.) The wifi was very fast too, and the television was great as it comes with youtube and other streaming services.

Breakfast and dinner were impressive and delicious. The location was convenient for our activities the next day. The accommodations were comfortable.

Highland Furano dikelilingi oleh hutan yang subur dan lapangan lavender. Ia menawarkan mandian mata air panas semulajadi. Kemudahan barbeku boleh digunakan dari April hingga Oktober. It is located at a quiet and peaceful area, with great onsen, both jacuzzi and outdoor onsen are available. The tatami room was also great, especially if you like the tatami and futon experience.

Menawarkan akses ski di depan pintu, Alpine Guesthouse terletak di Furano di kawasan Hokkaido, 2.6km dari Stesen Furano dan 3.5km dari Windy Garden. I highly recommend this place to anyone who travels solo, because it has single rooms and an elevator! I especially like the kitchen, offering everything for cooking, clean and complete with all the basic necessities!

Pension and Restaurant La Collina mempunyai pemandangan gunung, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma di Naka-furano, 6.6km dari Stesen Furano. A wonderful place to stay. So comfortable and the hosts were very attentive. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and they even cleaned all of the snow off our car in the morning. Highly recommend.
