An amazing adventure for my son who was stranded on Jersey for a night due to a cancelled flight. fantastic location, staff and very lovely and great facilities. I panicked when his flight was cancelled as we don’t live in Jersey but had travelled to the island from France with him so he could catch a flight back to the uk. We were faced with a dilemma. the airline would pay for his accommodation but of course not mine to accompany him. He is autistic so staying at the wildlife camp was the perfect solution. He would be able to stay in a safe and enclosed environment which he had already visited and so knew for 24 hrs on the island, travel there and back to the airport by taxi and have a solo adventure with known perametres. it turned a worrying situation into something wonderful. When he got there the staff were brilliant and his room a geodome tent and really cosy. he had a private bath room with loo and walk in compact shower, and a kitchen, as well as electricity sockets and WiFi. He also had free access to the zoo which he really enjoyed. going around it in the evening and the next day. He was able to leave his bags during the day too. A highlight for him was being roused in the morning by the calls of lemurs and gibbons. All in all a fantastic experience and one which means I hope to go myself one day.

Indulge in island living at the 5-star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, perfectly situated on the Esplanade and just one minute from the golden sands of St Aubin's Bay. Very posh and excellent value for the price we paid. Room 228 is small, but we were out sight seeing every day so the size was never an issue. Staff were exceptional. Paul the concierge welcomed us on arrival, handled our bags and showed us our room. He went through the emergency evacuation procedures thoroughly. I have never had hotel staff do that. The Whitley Neil rhubarb and ginger gin and tonic is the best gin and tonic I have ever had! Breakfasts were impeccable.

Well-placed in central St Helier, The Royal Yacht offers stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi, 2 restaurants and a brasserie cafe. On-site Spa Sirene includes a pool, steam room and beauty treatments. Superb Gold Double Room, massive bed, plenty of pillows and spare blankets if needed. The housekeeping staff are courteous, friendly and do an immaculate job. There was plenty of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, sugar and water in the room, which were replenished daily. A good supply of toiletries and towels, bath robes and slippers also provided. The Christmas Day dinner was excellent - an amazing choice of courses all beautifully presented. Charming and attentive waiting staff.

With panoramic views of St Brelade’s beach, the Biarritz Hotel features scenic floral landscaped gardens, which lead down to the beach and promenade. Staff very welcoming and hard working. Position and view from hotel amazingly. Restaurant food great and good value for high quality food, including full breakfast cooked to order each morning . Would stay again.

On the eastern shore of the beautiful island of Jersey, the Beausite Hotel overlooks the scenic bay of Grouville. Guests have an indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas and a cocktail bar. nice breakfast. Super english-style hotel.
