Staff and concierge are super helpful with quick response to my questions and wait for us to settle in when we were late check in at 8pm.

All you need is avaliable at the property, including slippers and central heater/AC. Due to high demand, I got the property upgrade for free, a villa. Very responsive and friendly staff.

The Westin Melbourne is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD, just 2 minutes" walk from Federation Square, Flinders Street and Bourke Street Mall. The room view was great over the central city. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable and the overall central Melbourne CBD and theatre district location was brilliant for us.
