The service and the location are exceptional , thanks to our guest relations lady Akmaral arranged everything for us from ski equipments , shuttles to ski to room services …… the hotel includes ski passes and half board , variety of food and taste are great ! Excellent location with valet parking, very, very comfortable room and extremely comfortable bed, good pillows, top-notch, professional staff, and everything you would expect from a five star hotel in town. Restaurant was very good, breakfast was tasty. The room was very quiet, and we were upgraded to the top floor, which had amazing views. It was a lovely stay.

The breakfast was excellent and well stocked. Additionally, the entire staff, including the receptionist, as well as Esra and Merve, were amazingly helpful in getting us settled and providing us with a delicious local meal for dinner. We were also able to get laundry done quickly, which was great!
