Kris Vango

Launched in January 2019 with the planet Earth "Ard", with a vision to produce an extensive library of audio and visual works that explore the archetypes and mythologies of our planetary solar system. Kris Vango is the pseudonym of nomadic Musician, Visual Artist and Astrologer Kristen Howard. An obsession with the space in-between cosmos and psyche. The material and immaterial. The organic and the synthetic. Logos and mythos. Sonically, the project combines originally synthesised sounds and binaural frequencies with various samples/field recordings captured in pilgrimage to monuments, shrines, sacred spaces and energetic portals during extensive travel, with visuals filmed entirely on iPhone camera and as an autobiographical documentation of creative process.
