I've been making my way through the Make your mark workbook. Listening to Brave has been a great accompaniment. So easy and approachable with small chapters and steps to take action. Highly recommend.

Story
488 Rules for Life is not a self-help book, because it's not you who needs help, it's other people. Whether they're walking and texting, asphyxiating you on public transport with their noxious perfume cloud, or leaving one useless square of toilet paper on the roll, a lot of people just don't know the rules. But thanks to Kitty Flanagan's comprehensive guide to modern behaviour, our world will soon be a much better place.

Easy to listen to. At some points I was laughing out loud, some a bit monotonous.

Story
On The Power of Vulnerability, Dr. Brown offers an invitation and a promise - that when we dare to drop the armor that protects us from feeling vulnerable, we open ourselves to the experiences that bring purpose and meaning to our lives. Here she dispels the cultural myth that vulnerability is weakness and reveals that it is, in truth, our most accurate measure of courage.

Heartfelt and real

This was exactly what I needed right now. There were things that I could relate to on such a personal level on this, times where I laughed and cried. And there were some things that I couldn't relate to at all. But it was all so genuine. I really appreciated a lot of the insights shared in this book.
