A lot of science, but it had to be said.
Really good book. As far as I know no one else has laid out the science behind why a meat based diet is the most healthy way to eat in order to obtain and maintain optimal health. I've moved from Keto, which was good, but inconsistent for me. I had good days of high energy and mental clarity and bad days of fatigue and brain fog, even after 45 days of being on the diet multiple times (I know... maybe not quite long enough to adapt). Regardless,
I'm on day 14 of a "Carnivore'ish" diet (after reading the book you'll understand what I mean by this), and so far it's much better (more consistent, more energy and clarity) than Keto. It took about a week to adapt, and the last 7 days have been awesome. I did Keto, and am currently doing Carnivore, for energy and mental clarity. It has not disappointed yet, and I'm really hoping this continues. So far I'm a big fan of the diet and Paul Saladino for putting the book together. Again, a lot of science, but he's really trying to drive a point home and provide the scientific evidence to back it up.

This is the Only Diet Book you will need!!!
Literally Dr Saladino knocks carnivore out of the park and into the spot of #1 Bestseller in my opinion. Very well researched and comes across as knowledgeable. He does not talk down to the audience. There are several humorous parts and few jokes. Dr Saladino is also a skilled narrator. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to change their health and life with the safest diet.

pure carnivore
i like that author sticks to his principles and leave no compromise to diverge for the sake of pleasing some part of audience. Im sure theres many points that can be argued by Paul is ready to face them all for the sake of preserving the code. This makes me want to try it out for myself if it truly makes a diff

Must Read on Carnivore
Holistic and in depth, at times a bit technical. Hard to counterweight the statements against plant stuff without knowledge but things seem plausible. I will give carnivore a try!
