Nothing special or interesting
I fully agree with previous comments. This book contains lot of controversial information. The author talks about important topics, but I didn't find the info he provided very helpful. And I didn't learn anything new from this book.

Definitely needed this
If you are feeling like you need something to make a shift in your life-this book is hitting at the right time. If you’ve been feeling in a rut, tired, unmotivated, and you’re wondering what you can do about it-this is a place to start. I need to buy a physical copy now! It’s that good.

He needs to update his knowledge
The beginning already struck me bad. He appears to believe in the outdated understanding about ADHD. It is not just a matter of being a bit scatterbrained and dreamy. I don’t know if I’ll get to listen chapter 2.

I love listening to this book!
The book is very informative! Before it asks you to do anything, it really explains why you ought to do something. Now, it all depends on you whether you will do it or not. :)

Loved this
Fantastic insight. Wasn’t too scientific to understand. Dr. Dow really knows what he’s talking about and breaks it down for people who are not doctors to understand. He also is easy to listen to.

Not always relevant outside of America
I live in Europe, the whole medicine list and other produce mentioned in the book is none existing where I live. Beyond these remarks, it is an interesting book with some good tips.
