Good read

Very compelling information. It’s not drawn out or vague in any way. I ended up ordering the paperback because I find it easier to go back and reference information that way.

It's Tim Ferriss...

I like Tim and his studies and information. He has a slightly different method than skme and I like it. This book provides good information. The PDF was weird, getting all out of place when downloaded. I'm cool with it though.

Thought provoking but...

Thought provoking read but much of it must be approached with skepticism, as Tim Ferriss himself would probably agree. It may or may not radically change your life, but it certainly gives you some ideas on how to do it if you so choose.

Awesome

This book is awesome in content and the narrator has an engaging voice. It covers weight loss, muscle gain, dietary changes, supplements, intermittent fasting, orgasm, life extension. It really covers a lot of ground in not a whole lot of time.

Better than I thought

I got this today and immediately listened to it during my workout and then while I was websurfing and writing a report. My interest was piqued by the author's appearance on The Dr Oz show. It has a great amount of information. It is also coupled with a PDF and reference to his website which both added value to the audiobook. I have not bought the book yet but I will at least take a look at it and see what I'm missing. However, I feel that this audiobook presented much more info than some of the other reviewers have stated. He presented the points stated in the review as promised. It was definitely worth the purchase. I look forward to seeing the results of the program on me. ;-)

Great research on diets and exercise

Yes it was great but i would also buy the written book for reference and to read the footnotes.
