Did not want this to end
I’m actually going to listen to this book & “The Fitness Mindset” again-I gained so much knowledge & self awareness from these audiobooks I’ve already bought one & just ordered the other in book form!!!
Very practical, relatable and a bonus that it’s read by Brian as you can hear the passion in his voice!!!
Can not recommend highly enough-press purchase people!!!👌

Can be applied to all aspects of life!
Enjoyed Brian’s book - 100% of this can be used in everyday life! The four pillars and checking in with your almost dead self were my big take aways!
