I didn’t expect
I was sure it would be clickbait but it surprised me with a comprehensive description of the problem. I work as a junior associate lawyer and described issues are close experience. I highly recommend it to professionals. Some stuff are described superficially but you can see that the writer is closely related to business.

This book is a godsend!
This book provides useful information & perspective for men (especially for single, lonely, & porn-addicted men) who may suffer silently with this issue.
The author’s firsthand anecdotes of his experience in a porn-infected mind & his account of how he evolved out of it further provides a sense of hope that you the reader can also free yourself from the chains of this limiting habit…while there is still time left.

How to rise and be the best you.
I'm going to read this book again and again until I get to the point I could teach the book. I believe that the author uses porn to illustrate the purpose and practical implementation of the drive that comes from all the testosterone we have inside us. That using porn to masturbate is a waste of our life energy. The book also makes the case that if we have the desire and want to overcome what possibly was an addiction thus triumph can be our greatest strength. We can use our willpower gained from not watching porn anymore and applying it to other aspects of our lives for the better. This book puts in one place where I have found bits and pieces elsewhere on the negative effects of pornography but it doesn't shame you for watching porn. To me this book is you shouldn't stop watching porn necessarily because it's bad but because you can be soo much more with out it. You can be the person you are naturally designed to be. Don't let porn take your power away.
I want to thank you sir, you've changed the paradigm in which I view porn and mostly my views on and the importance of testosterone; thus changing my life forever.

Great, honest
Eye-opening but not judgmental and very neutral. It doesn’t demonize artificial stimulants but gives arguments and allows reader to choose what’s right. If I have son someday this will be obligatory reading for him :) recommended

Worth listening
Tons of helpful information that changes your point of view. I auditioned in one evening and for a single moment it didn't bore me. As a man who dealt with the problem, I immediately noticed the similarity of phenomena in my life. Many references to scientific research, which makes the book very credible.

Please listen, porn has destroyed so many lives
Porn has been a serious issue for me since I was 11/12 years old. It’s had a strangle hold on my life.
It still does even after listening to this book. But my resolve is stronger and I am hopeful one day I will be able to say goodbye to porn forever
