About this listen

We met on a Tuesday.
Became best friends, then lovers, on a Tuesday.
And everything fell apart on a Tuesday....

Charlotte Taylor has three automatic strikes in my book: 1) She hates me. She also claims that I'm a "domineering jerk with a huge, overbearing ego". (I do have something huge. It's not my ego, though.) 2) She takes our mandatory tutoring sessions way too seriously. 3) She's sexy as hell...and a virgin.

At least those were her strikes before our study sessions started lasting longer than they were supposed to. Until one innocent kiss became a hundred dirty ones, and until she became the first woman I ever fell hard for.

Our future together after graduation was supposed to be set:

Professional football for me. Law school for her.

But she left me at the end of the semester with no explanation, and then she completely disappeared from my life.

Until tonight.

We met on a Tuesday.
Became everything, then nothing, on a Tuesday.
And now it's seven years later, on a Tuesday....

This is a full-length second-chance romance, inspired by Adele's "When We Were Young".

Second chance romance with a twist

Not usually into the younger struggling to figure it out romance but this was a decent book. Had a little twist and a villan not bad.

What A Start to My Listening Pleasure!

Awesome performance by Erin Mallon, although I did have a bit of difficulty connecting to Joseph Discher. As this was my VERY fist audible book I've listened to from beginning to end - I have to say it has quickly become my favorite! As the story progressed my initial aversion to Mr. Discher changed and that connection was made. I highly recommend the listening to the audio version of this book - without having read the print version first (as I have). It just made it more enjoyable to me and have a better understanding of the characters. I definitely contribute that to Ms. Mallon & Mr. Discher's performances.
Great work!

Heartbreak and redemption

I have read this story so many times and now I have listened to it. Erin Mallon and Joseph Discher have brought the characters to life and have totally fulfilled how these characters sounded in my head from reading. There is heartbreak in the story but the characters do get their HEA.

Great Narrators & Great story

Audiobook received from the author / publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Full audiobook review also posted on Confessions of a Pinay Bookaholic

Tuesday is very significant to Grayson Connors and Charlotte Taylor. They met, became friends and turned into lovers on that day. Charlotte was assigned to tutor Grayson on Literature and he happens to be a popular football player in campus. Both of them needed credits for Graduation, their chemistry ignited while they bonded over on the tutoring sessions and Grayson is sure he found the love of his life. Until one Tuesday, their relationship fell apart when Charlotte left without an explanation.

Their lives took a different direction and move forward with their careers. Seven years later, Grayson Connors became a professional football player but he didn’t stop looking for Charlotte. Their paths crossed again on a Tuesday and this time, he’ll never let her go until seeks for an answer.

GOD BLESS AUDIOBOOKS FOR ITS EXISTENCE. It’s the best way getting rid of my reading slump. On a Tuesday marks my first Whitney G. novel and I’m instantly drawn to it. It’s a great heartwarming second chance romance told in dual point of views in past and present time. I’m captivated with the story and I was eager to know what really went down between Charlotte and Grayson. After the revelation, I feel bad for both protagonists and no is at fault in that situation. Glad they rehashed things and make up for their lost time.

It has been forever since I’ve listened to Erin Mallon’s narration. She’s amazing voicing out both female and male characters. A good narration by Joseph Discher but there are times he’s monotonous. In spite of a short book, it didn’t feel rushed. A part of me wants it longer because I want more Grayson and Charlotte.

Another Win!

Whitney G. is a terrific author - I have been waiting for her next book. If you have not listened to the other books, do so now -- You will not be disappointed. Reasonable Doubt and Turbulence are my favorites. I don't normally like short <5 hour listens but I knew I could trust the author.

I have also been waiting for another narration from Joseph Discher, another good job. Erin is phenomenal as usual.

Enjoyable love story listen that keeps you captivated until the end.

LOVED IT!!!!

On a Tuesday by Whitney G hit all the right spots for me. The characters are so engaging and loveable!!! The storyline was so sweet, playful and sexy!!! There isn’t really anything I can say that’s a negative about this book except it’s to short, I want more of these characters!!!!

Grayson is the all American sweetheart!! A football star that is equally as sexy as he is smart. Done with groupies and crazy chicks that only want to sleep with a heisman trophy winner Grayson wanted to focus on the future. That all changed the day he met Charlotte, his new peer tutor!!! Charlotte, super sweet and sexy was the girl that had it all, beauty, brains and a feisty wit about her that made her stand out from all the others. She was not thrilled to have to tutor the ever so cocky and delicious Grayson, and she told him every Tuesday when they met at the coffee shop. Grayson however wanted Charlotte bad, he was relentless and charming and pulled out all the stops.

I so loved the chemistry, the wit, and the banter in this story but what really made it a five star was the the best friends who always put a funny twist into the story with their antics. Overall a definite must read in my books and I will totally enjoy more from this super talented author.

As for Narration on On A Tuesday... amazing. Erin Mallon is the perfect Charlotte!! From the first few lines till the very end I was impressed. Joseph Discher was really as good and is super sexy in his voice as Grayson. Together this pair is remarkable and I want to listen to more from both of them!!!
