Good listen.
I thought the material was really good. Everyone could benefit from this book because we all need to learn to let stuff go.
I didn’t care for all the curse words or the references to Obama and others who I feel destroyed our great country. But I am learning to that go too.

This really helped!
I read this going through a break up and dark time mentally and it helped me so much get back on track, practicing mindfulness is an amazing tool. I feel so much better and I am not as hard on myself anymore whether I have good or bad days! Let that shit go!

Right on Time!
This book is amazing and gave me just what I needed when I needed it most. Nina did a corporate class that I attended and I wanted more insight to carry the Mindfulness practices forward. The book is relatable, raw, easy to consume and put into practice - even for a beginner like me. I just completed the book and gifted one to someone on my team. Sometimes we do not know what we are missing until we are exposed to it. I love this book!
