Perfect Guide Book for Anxiety.
Helpful in working with clients. , I found this set of books. In this book you get some idea about how to train our brain to eliminate anxiety. This book was so important to that public who live anxiety life. he author has discussed this topic very well for your better understanding. I liked the relaxation techniques given in this book if someone feels anxiety increasing rapidly, I think it will really work. Basically the thing is we don't know how to handle these. After listen this book i understood how i can use cognitive behavioral therapy to overcome anxiety, depression and phobias.

Great helper and guide.
I found this book particularly helpful. I am a special education teacher. I deal with students that have anxiety and behavioral issues. I found this book had many helpful steps I could take in which to help my students understand why they are having their thoughts and behaviors and also different approaches on how to deal with them. Fascinating book! I was thoroughly impressed by how the author captured the essence of what it is like to suffer from anxiety and depression. , and to any friends. There's even a section on eating and sleeping habits, which have a great effect on your brain and your thoughts. You've heard "you are what you eat", but what this book says is "you are what you think.

Very helpful and understanding!!!
Excellent!! I currently have several family members dealing with social anxiety and this really helped open my eyes to what they are feeling and how they evaluate situations. Have already been able to share several snippets from the book with one, and the other has expressed interest in reading it! It gives actual coping skills in a step by step format rather then general suggestions.It consumed my every day life. There were some mornings that i would wake up and pray i wouldn't suffer with anxiety that day!

Simply Amazing!!!
I love this book and it could not have come at a more perfect time in my life! I have been living out of my comfort zone lately doing more public speaking and feeling a bit anxious. Really helpful for anxiety!!!
I have terrible anxiety from a car accident where I was clinically dead for a short time. My anxiety is crippling at times. Medicines do not help. I was excited to see this book and have tried some of the exercises which have helped.These tools have put the power back in my hands. Great book for anyone struggling to cope with anxiety

You need a coach to help you through this book. Take control of anxiety!!!
This is helping me. It was recommended by my psychiatrist. Working through the exercises does give me anxiety, so I only work on it a little at a time.As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety most of my life, I found this book to be wonderful. It gave me different aspects to think about in regards to mental health.

One of the best books on anxiety ever made!!!!
This is a good book to reference regularly as it has good tips on how to deal with stress and anxiety. I would recommend it because its a good, easy reading packed with a lot of immediately usable information.This book is one of the best resources on anxiety out! Different from other books, it assumes upon the intelligence of the reader and therefore both informs and gives insight that’s empowering- while not being too wordy or complex to understand.

Helpful and useful book.
This is a really useful and interesting book. The possibilities of our brain are endless and we can learn to manage it. Well written about how to get rid of old habits, how to start thinking positively and what you should do for this. Someone who has actually overcome his anxieties and is now on his way to a happier life brimming with so many possibilities! It is definitely worth the money! This book is an easy to listen guide on tackling anxiety and panic.
