About this listen

From New York Times bestselling author Catherine Bybee comes the story of a reluctant billionaire who takes on his father’s empire, its dark secrets, and a fiery assistant he can’t get out of his head.

When Chase Stone’s estranged father dies, leaving his multibillion-dollar business to his children, no one is more surprised than Chase. Growing up outside of the high-stakes world filled with human vultures, Chase and his sister, Alex, are less than enthusiastic about stepping into their father’s shoes. That is until they learn of a half brother they didn’t know existed and must find to share their inheritance with.

Piper Maddox was the elder Mr. Stone’s übercapable assistant—abruptly fired two weeks before his death. She knows everything about Stone Enterprises and the man who built it. But Piper has no desire to work for another member of the Stone family. Even one as down-to-earth as Chase.

Desperately needing financial security, Piper agrees to return so long as kissing up to Chase and accepting unwanted advances are not part of her job description. A promise that becomes a serious hurdle for both of them. Piper and Chase scramble to find the third Stone sibling before the media does, sharing secrets along the way. Secrets that can bring them together or tear them irrevocably apart.

Critic reviews

“I love a good billionaire story. All Our Tomorrows reminds me of a good drama series like Dallas or Dynasty. I love the dynamics of the storyline and all the characters, so many that are not be trusted. I’m counting down the days to the second book in the series to see what happens to all that money!” Glamour

“The stuff of which Hallmark Movies are made, All Our Tomorrows is an impressive crafted and original novel that is especially recommended…” Midwest Book Review

Who is your family?

I loved this book of two siblings disregarded by their uber wealthy father. Upon his death, they inherit their father's wealth and business, along with an unknown brother. It is a love story and a story of choices and learning to deal with the snakes in business and how to navigate wealth plus choosing who really is your family. The sequel is released next month. Some swearing in spots, a little uneven writing and an ok narrator.

Not what I expected!

This book was a great surprise! The story and the narration were terrific. The slow burn was real! I never liked Slow Burn because I felt it was going around the topic for too long. Still, I loved how this story was written because you could feel how gradually the main characters' relationship worked and how normal feelings grew. It's had a refreshing show of reality with its fantasy. I cannot wait for the next book and see where the story takes us. This is my first book by this author, and it will not be my last. I cannot wait for the next book.

A fantastic new series!

Thank you #partner Catherine Bybee, Over the River PR, Montlake, and Netgalley for this advanced read. ~ Mere

After finishing the D’Angelos series, I was excited to see what was next and couldn’t wait to read All Our Tomorrows. This story was worth the anticipation. This story has intrigue, family drama, rich characters, and slow burn romance. With so many engaging elements, this story had me hooked from page one. The intriguing story about the missing heir to the family fortune and all the secrets the Stone patriarch kept me riveted. I had to grab the story in audio so I didn’t have to put it down! Meg Sylvan was fantastic solo narrating the myriad of characters. This billionaire, office, forbidden romance is a must have on your TBR. There are a few other tropes that also come into play too, but no spoilers here!

When Aaron Stone dies, his two estranged children are surprised to learn he named them his heirs, and shocked to learn they have a brother they never knew existed. Trying to find their long lost brother and run the Stone Enterprises, Chase and his sister Alex know they need help. Piper was his father’s assistant extraordinaire who was abruptly fired. Chase asks her to come back and she does so reluctantly so long as his son is better behaved than his father. As they spend time uncovering more of his father’s secrets, things between them slowly grow and things both at work and between them get really complicated.

Both Chase and Piper were characters you could easily like (and love) with rich backstories and fantastic banter. The scenes where they are alone had me smiling and also swooning, especially when they were fighting their growing attraction. I adored the strength of Piper’s character and tell-it-like-it-is personality. Despite what life hands to her, she does the best she can like we all do. Chase is a total golden retriever who I fell for right along with Piper. He’s impossible not to like! Their romance is a sweet slow burn that progresses right along with the hunt for the missing heir. I can’t wait to see what comes next for the Stone siblings and their eventual stories.

Waiting for Book #2

I’ve been really into her books as of late and this one was a little disappointing. This book doesn’t really have an ending, it just stops. Even with a Book 2 coming this was still abrupt.

LOVED IT!

AWESOME narration and wonderful story! I’m so thankful to not hear virtual voice narration as some authors have turned to recently and the storyline was absolutely fantastic 🤩🙌 I just devoured this wonderful, sweet, can’t wait to see what happens next book! Can’t wait for the next one to release 😀

absolutely fabulous story

I know I say this a lot when I talk about fabulous stories but this one really has it all all kinds of emotions. a love story going on along with some who's doing what so there's some mysterious things going on and you're wondering who's responsible for all the rumors and who's trying to take over the the corporation. definitely more than one story going on here so you definitely get more bang for your buck but just know that this is the first part of the story now Granite you do get kind of an ending because the couple does get together of course so that makes it a happy ending but it's not over by a long shot because you don't know what's going on with the corporation so you definitely need to find out and book two which I love some suspense in with a good romance I can't wait till November for the second book comes out. I think this was the first time I heard this narrator I don't really recognize her name but she did a fabulous job Of elevating the story and keeping me involved I'm used to listening to stories anymore where the man plays the man part and the female plays the female part but She did a really good job at the man voices as well as the female voices so I could definitely Here are all the different voices so she was a great actor I highly recommend this book now if you don't like waiting for the second one you might want to wait till November to read this one until the second one comes out.

Easy listen

Interesting enough to keep me interested. Not stressful. This may sound boring but not at all. It’s a good and engaging story.
