I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH!!! This book was so beautiful!! Xiomara is a teenager and she is trying to learn to grow. Life can get hard sometimes. All Xiomara ever wanted was for people to see her and let her be who she wants to be.
Elizabeth Acevedo is the author of this book but she also narrated it and I absolutely loved it so much!! I wanted to cry in some parts cause of all of the emotions she had while reading her own book.

Judith knows her sister, Alice, is the pretty one—but that doesn’t stop her from wishing for love. When a handsome and gentlemanly hunter appears in their village, seeking lodging from the cold, she believes her lover has finally arrived. He does, indeed, choose to stay—but as Alice’s husband, not her own. When another stranger comes out of the woods, looking every bit a vagrant, he offers Judith something mysterious and enticingly strange. Against reason and decency, she welcomes both men into her life, in different ways.

I Absolutely loved this book!! Luna did an amazing job with this book!! I 100% recommend people to read this book and the rest of the series!! Cassie is the FMC in this amazing book! Cassie is a strong character!! Cassie goes through so many struggles, but she got through them like a bad*ss b*tch!! I loved the character development that Cassie went throughout the whole book! I also absolutely loved how she cared about the people that were in her life and how she didn’t want any of them to go through the hurt that she went through. I loved the nickname Mea Sol that she gave to Damien.
Now I want to talk about Damien! Damien is the MMC in this amazing book!! Damien was very mysterious in the beginning of the book, but as you get more into the book then you learn more about him. I loved that Damien was a “Touch Her and You Die” character!! I loved the nickname Mea Luna that he gave to Cassie. I loved him so much! His Character development was also amazing.
I also wanted to talk about how amazing Barrett was!! He kind of became like a big brother to Cassie.
I got an advanced listener copy (ALC)! The narrators Nicci and Corvin DID ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I loved that Nicci and Corvin brought the characters to life in my opinion!!
