Story
The ancient church fathers documented their struggle with the rebellion of the bishops of Rome. They recorded the heresies that crept into the Roman Catholic Church and their subsequent rebuke of those Roman bishops, or popes. The first section will give a detailed history of Rome from AD 50 to the modern times. The second section will deal with some ancient prophecies about the rise and fall of papal Rome.

Story
The Ezra Apocalypse is the only non-Catholic book included in the KJV 1611 Apocrypha. It contains many prophecies about the end times. Quoted often by the church fathers of the first and second century AD, this apocalypse reveals the rise of Islam. In chapters 11-12 there is a prophecy of a three-headed eagle symbolizing how the Roman Empire would split into three empires. The empires would die out and leave three kingdoms ruling in the last days.

Legacy of the author Michael Heiser

In Chapter 65, the character Father Andrew reveals a truth that the author is wanting the reader to understand that sums up his message, especially to the Church; "Give them the truth, no matter what the reaction....people of faith may be the hardest to persuade. They’ve become so acclimated to how they think the end will come— how they think events will unfold. But their theology is based on their own traditions and inbred ‘theological correctness,’ not on the ancient text—they’re too shocking. The Watchers count on this intellectual laziness and spiritual passivity. Have the boldness to believe the unbelievable so God’s Church might be prepared.” Research…study…then study more. You will uncover far more than you already know.
