Story
The decision has been made. Jessie has taken the magic and all the weird that goes with it. Including wings. There's only one problem - she can't figure out how to access them. Through a series of terrible decisions, Jessie realizes she must ask for help. Gargoyle help. But she could've never predicted who answers her call - he's an excellent flier, incredibly patient, and a good trainer. He's also incredibly handsome. And interested.

Love KF's character building and humor. The leveling up series is my favorite out of all of hers works for me, because it's so relatable to my life minus the hot guys and gargoyle. lol I never review but was listening to the series for a 2nd time which I never do with other series and noticed a review that said this one wasn't as funny as the others. I have to say I am glad that Breene isn't just writing bloopers and that she has true content to her books. This book is a piece of the story. Definitely shoes Jessies growth and has sooooo much dark great humor. You have to be paying attention to get a lot of the sly banter between characters and I love that its not just sunshine and rainbows and she does address alot of issues that middle age women face without coming off as a bra burning crazy. Love it and recommend it to every woman I meet . Top on my series list

Story
Gracie Reed is doing just fine. Sure, she was fired by her overly “friendly” boss, and yes, she still hasn’t gotten her mother into the nursing home of their dreams, but she’s healthy, she’s (somewhat) happy, and she’s (mostly) holding it all together. But when a mysterious SUV pulls up beside her, revealing Chinese cinema's golden couple Wei Fangli and Sam Yao, Gracie’s world is turned on its head. The famous actress has a proposition: Due to their uncanny resemblance, Fangli wants Gracie to be her stand-in.
