What mindfulness is about is living a good life (that's quite practical, right?), and this book is all about deepening your awareness, getting to know yourself, and developing attitudes and mental habits that will make you not only a successful and effective person in life, but a happy and wise one as well.

I really enjoyed listening to Ian’s Mindfulness Techniques.
I found it helpful as I am currently searching on how to be more mindful, while experiencing some “trauma” in my life.
Ian’s techniques were realistic and easily relatable.
Some things I think we may have all known at some point but have forgotten about, or maybe just never believed-but- listening to his techniques and explanations made the ideas clear and understandable.
I listened as I practiced yoga and I actually feel as though I have been meditating all morning.
