I really enjoyed listening to Ian’s Mindfulness Techniques.
I found it helpful as I am currently searching on how to be more mindful, while experiencing some “trauma” in my life.

Ian’s techniques were realistic and easily relatable.
Some things I think we may have all known at some point but have forgotten about, or maybe just never believed-but- listening to his techniques and explanations made the ideas clear and understandable.

I listened as I practiced yoga and I actually feel as though I have been meditating all morning.
