I decided that I was looking way too forward for 5pm, and a couple of glasses of wine. I probably noticed it on and off for a year or so. I was definitely determined to stop drinking all together, and take control of many aspects of my life that alcohol had; changed-such as exercising, eating healthy, enjoying my mornings, and many more. I’ve listened to the book a few times now. (I sometimes fall asleep listening to it.) the author presented the choice as if it was easy once you knew you wanted to stop. I was hesitant to stop fearing failure and disappointing myself. Since reading his approach, I’m calm and it’s been pretty easy! Feeling like a non-drinker is very desirable for me.
