Catherine"s books are always some of my top favorite reads. This book was so much more than I expected it to be! I don"t know why that surprises me at this point, but she somehow works her magic every time!!! Add it Zachary Webber and bring on the water works. He ALWAYS puts so much emotion into his story telling.

Holt and Wren experienced the unthinkable. What would you do if you thought you failed the one person you loved the most? What would you do if you watched your significant other dying right before your eyes? I don"t think any of us can predict how we"d respond.

Holt chose to run. Wren chose to stay.

Watching these two find their way back to teacher and seeing how they heal from past traumas was EVERYTHING. I don"t often cry when reading books, but this author always seems to pull it out of me! Ugh. Just thinking about this story again while writing this makes me want to reread it.

If you love a good second chance romance, with a good reception story, some suspense and some twists you won"t expect. Then look no further! This was the perfect beginning to a new series. I can"t wait to dive in and learn about the rest of the Hartley siblings.

If you"re an Audible member grab this one! It"s an "included" book for subscribers with a gripping story and wonderful narrators.

This story follows Serenity, a doctor of gynecological oncology. She"s about to start clinical trials for a ground breaking treatment that could change the lives young women with female reproductive cancers. I was not prepared for the twist that this story took. Corinne makes you question the boundaries of what"s right and wrong.

The book is fast paced, with a splash of suspense, with some flashbacks of Serenity"s life and past love. The man who shattered her heart and made her stop believing that true love is possible. When he unexpectedly shows up in her life, she finds herself on the brink of losing everything. Her relationship with the oh so swoony Westin, a fellow doctor, AND her career.

I honestly wasn"t sure how this story would play out and I enjoyed it from start to finish. You Loved Me Once is the perfect book for fans of Grey"s Anatomy or The Resident. It"s less of a romance novel and more women"s fiction, but with all the things we have come to know and love about Corinne Michaels writing style.

I loved this story from start to finish. The Wrecked Series by Catherine Cowles has quickly become one of my absolute favorites when it comes to a good slow burn romance. Griffin has a very stand-offish gruff exterior but a literal heart of gold! He fighting hard for the top spot on my book boyfriends list!

Both Griffin and Caelyn both have heart-breaking stories when it comes to their families. Although they"re both very different it allows them to understand what the other is going through when it comes to family, love and trust. I really enjoyed the family dynamic of Caelyn and her siblings. When you add Griffin to the mix, your heart will melt.

Seriously one of the sweetest romance stories I have read in a long time. I loved it so much that I jumped right into a re-read through Audible. Joe Arden and Ava Erickson are two of my favorites when it comes to narrators. The nailed the emotions and tone of this story perfectly. As always Catherine has a way of grabbing and keeping your attention from the very start. You won"t want to put this one down. I am anxiously awaiting the next release in the Wrecked Series.

This is a quick and entertaining read. The plot and characters seemed a little cookie cutter to me and I never found myself getting a strong connection to either. If you"re looking for a short read that will keep you entertained and take you back to those college days, you may really enjoy this one. Sadly it wasn"t really for me.

I listened to this book on Audible and although I didn"t connect with it, the narrators were great. I have previous experience listening to both narrators and have nothing negative to say about the audio. I"m not sure if I will listen to the rest of the Frat House Confessions or not.

This is the first book by Bethany Lopez that I"ve read. I enjoyed it enough that I will be looking in to some of her other series. I"m almost always willing give an author another shot. I can"t love everything an author writes all the time!

Satisfying end to the Riggs Brothers books!

Rebecca did an amazing job setting up Dex’s story. So much that even though this particular plot is a one that I would normally steer clear of, I was excited to dive in to MAKE ME BEG as soon as possible. I listened to the whole book in a day and it felt a little sad to say goodbye to these characters so quickly. The narration was good, but I always enjoy both Joe Arden and Erin Mallon.

If you"ve been following the rest of the books in the Riggs Brothers series, I think you will feel satisfied with how their stories end. As I expected Dex"s book was a lot sexier than the rest of them (in my opinion), so if you"re in the mood for a lot of steam, this is the book for you. I was particularly pleased that Julie Kriss did not add unnecessary drama just for the sake of it. Along with an all around fun story there was also suspense and the author finally reveals why Dex left the police force. It was in no way what I thought! Which was awesome. This series was my first books by this author and I look forward to reading more of her work.

I love a good single dad romance. I"ve read a few thing year and WORK ME UP, definitely stood out. Ryan is the quintessential brooding hot jock with a bad attitude. Baseball has been his life, but when he injures his shoulder he spirals and finds himself in a very dark place. As a single parent and knows that for his kids sake, he needs some help. Then Kate steps in to work as his nanny. He"s shocked to find out that he already knows here. Kate and Ryan had a one-night stand! The chemistry and attracting they felt that one night is still there. But Kate refuses to let herself get sucked back in. Tensions rise, the stakes get higher and eventually they can both no longer resit. If you"re looking for a quick, intense and swoon worthy romance, I definitely suggest picking this one up. I"ve really enjoyed the last two Riggs Brothers novels, and I"m looking forward to learning more about Dex in [book:MAKE ME BEG|42120577].

*I received a free audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

I found the story intriguing and litened to it in one day. I"ve listened to books by both narrators before and love the way that they tell a story.

After finishing THE ASSIST I was ready to jump in and immediately read THE FADEAWAY. The Assist, Smart Jocks book 1, was my first by this author and I found myself completely captivated by the story and characters. So I couldn"t wait to read more of her books.

Joel is your typical womanizer/ladies man, who"s not used to hearing no when it comes to women or anything for that matter. He"s lived a privileged life. But he has secrets and demons hidden down deep. So when Katrina shuts him down, getting her becomes a challenge. Katrina knows all about Joel"s history with women and has no intentions of getting involved. She has enough on her plate as a single mom, working and going to school. But someone she finds herself spending a lot of time with him.

I love a story with a good sassy character that can make me weak in the knees. Joel definitely delivered! I didn"t expect him to end up being as sweet as he was. I enjoyed watching the slow burn romance evolve in this book. If you"re looking for a sexy, slightly comical, slow burn romance, definitely pick this one up.

The narrators on these first two books did a fantastic job! I plan on reading the next book in this series, The Tip-Off, ASAP! I"m also very much looking forward to THE FAKE coming in November. I think anyone who is a fan of sexy sports romance books, will like the Smart Jocks series.

The first book in the Riggs Brothers novels felt like a pretty standard (but enjoyable) bad boy romance novel. I really liked Jace’s character DRIVE ME WILD and was very much looking forward to seeing how his character developed in his own story. Julie Kriss did not disappoint! I found this installment in this series to be fun, engaging but also suspenseful. The overarching story that started in Luke’s book continues and the stakes are higher than ever!

Jace is recently released from prison and is attending mandatory counseling. The attraction between him and Tara (his counselor!) heats up quickly. I enjoyed the chemistry between these two and for such a short book, it packs quite a punch. This book is both sweet and sexy and gave me everything I was looking for in Jace"s story. Although this is part of a series, you can definitely read TAKE ME DOWN on it"s own. I"m looking forward to reading the last two books.

This book is everything I’ve ever wanted in a sports romance. As someone who works in college academia it was a treat to see the jocks portrayed as smart and kind versus dumb and rude! As a mathematician I got giddy over how well the author incorporated math/statistics. The themes and struggles in THE ASSIT embody everything I try to teach my students: persevere. I came away from this one with such a full and happy heart.

I received this as an audiobook in exchange for an honest review. I’m going to be honest that I was a little hesitant because I can be pretty picky about romance books and I’ve never read anything by Rebecca Jenshak. I am so glad I said yes! The book was amazing and I’m very much looking forward to reading the rest of this series. I really enjoyed the narration, Erin Mallon and Jason Clarke are some of my favorite romance narrators.

I’m short THE ASSIST was just what I was looking for in a sports romance book. It didn’t feel like the same story I’ve heard a million times told in a different way. I was captivated from beginning to end. This book is perfect for fans of Elle Kennedy’s Off-Campus series, the Rusk University books by Cora Carmack and The Summer Games by RS Grey.

This was a fun and fast paced NA romance. Emily comes back to town to help out her sister only to find her family is a mess; Nothing is like it used to be. She never intended to come back but here she is. Then life throws her a curve ball and brings the boy she lost her virginity to back into her life. She hasn"t seen or spoken to him in almost a decade. One thing leads to another and it"s like no time has passed. Except that she"s still keeping him a secret like before. But this time the stakes are higher. Her mom, who is a cop, is investigating Luke"s family. Things heat up and then s**t goes down. I wasn"t sure how everything would come together in the end!

This is the first book in the Riggs Brothers novels by Julie Kriss and my first time reading one of her books. I received an audiobook in exchange for a review. I liked the narrators and I am interested to read the other brothers books. Julie did a good job of pulling you into the storyline quickly and keeping me listening. I read the whole thing in a day.
