Story
You know who your competitors are. You keep tabs on them regularly, and can list them calmly, along with their strengths and weaknesses. But your enemies are a whole other matter. They’re the haters and the doubters who said you’d never make it, the ones who stomped on your dreams. When you think about your enemies, you get emotional. You feel like you won’t let anything—or anyone—stop you.

PBD is the man. Love that he read it himself. He has been there done that. He speaks not in theories or through studies, but in real life examples that he himself lived out. Very good.

Story
The history of the United States displays an uncanny pattern: At moments of crisis, when the odds against success seem overwhelming and disaster looks imminent, fate intervenes to provide deliverance and progress. Historians may categorize these incidents as happy accidents, callous crimes, or the products of brilliant leadership, but the most notable leaders of the past 400 years have identified this good fortune as something else - a reflection of divine providence.

I throughly enjoyed this book. The author doesn’t beat you over the head with the conclusions that Gods hands were moving throughout major events in America’s history, but instead just lays out the facts in a way that allows you to come to your own conclusions. Very well written. You will be smarter after reading this book.

Story
We're in the middle of an epidemic of average. So-called "normal" people get up every day, go to work, do what's asked of them, leave promptly at five, and return home to sit on the couch and watch TV. Society tells us that this is what it means to lead a balanced life. Don't stress too much or work too hard. Your career isn't everything. But Grant Cardone thinks this preoccupation with balance has really just given an excuse to be mediocre.

Grant is rough around the edges. His gritty. I don't always agree with everything he says, but no doubt he has inspired me to take massive action towards my goals. I was weary of purchasing this book, but it has been very satisfying and I must say I have a renewed passion to dream big. I feel like I know I can reach my goals no matter how big they are. That kind of faith is so valuable and it is the true product that I've purchased from Grant. Go 'head Grant! You're an inspiration!
