Story
Three years have passed since Valducan knight Matt Hollis defeated Tiamat's cult, but her demonic children are still a threat. Now, a mysterious enemy is stealing holy weapons across South America, leaving a trail of bodies in its wake. The Valducans fear that Tiamat's followers have returned. But not all is as it seems and a new player has joined the hunt: the paladins of the Catholic Church. To stop an evil that none of them could ever imagine, the Order must set aside centuries of animosity and join forces with its long-standing enemy.

Awesome edition to the series

Loved this series since the first books release. RC Bray is the best narrator in the business and when you combine that with an amazing story, nothing can beat it.

Story
United Nations Special Operations Command sent an elite expeditionary force of soldiers and pilots out on a simple recon mission, and somehow along the way they sparked an alien civil war. Now the not-at-all-merry band of pirates is in desperate trouble, again. Their stolen alien starship is falling apart, thousands of light years from home. The ancient alien AI they nicknamed Skippy is apparently dead, and even if they can by some miracle revive him, he might never be the same.

Not half as good as the other books in the series
Reviewed: 06-29-15
I have liked all the books in this series so far and RC Bray does a great job narrating all books that he works on but this story was just not as good as all the others. I had high hopes that this series would not do what all zombie apocalypse series do, which is to eventually make it more about the people fighting each other than fighting the zombies. The whole thing is a setup for book 7. Literally nothing happens in this book except a bunch of really depressed people are sailing across the Atlantic Ocean on an aircraft carrier and 3 scientists land on it. 2 get shot immediately and that's it. I gave it 3 stars for Brays performance but the story gets zero this time.

R.C. Bray is the best narrator I've heard in a very long time. Great voice range and his voice is perfect for zombie epics like this series is.So far I have enjoyed every book I've heard him narrate and I would definitely recommend this book series to any zombie fantasy fans.
