Story
Jack Nevin’s clever trickery and moral flexibility make him the perfect assistant to the Enchantress, one of the most well-known stage magicians in turn-of-the-19th-century Europe. Without Jack’s steady supply of stolen tricks, the Enchantress’ fame would have burned out long ago. But when Jack’s thievery catches up to them, they’re forced to flee to America to find their fortune. Luckily, the Enchantress is able to arrange a set of sold-out shows at Seattle’s Alaska - Yukon - Pacific World’s Fair Exposition.

Interesting twist but the ending felt a little off
Reviewed: 06-24-24
First off I wanna say I love this book it is really good the highs are good and the lows are low I was loving everything.
The buildup of anticipation at the end felt flat to me like instead it was turned into a joke instead of a real moment where the love of your life could be killed right in front of you.

Story
When their ex-boyfriends get together and start Instagramming a disgustingly perfect summer of love, Jack and Nate decide to concoct a mutual Insta-worthy summer adventure of their own to prove they’re just fine and everything’s great. Of course, it’s hard to have an epic summer road trip when they’re stuck in a van with Nate's mid-life crisis-bound parents and his annoying younger sister. And it’s been years since Jack and Nate have said more than a few sentences to each other. But their followers don’t have to know any of that.

The ending is so weird
TLDR Spoilers : Andrew and Jamison I feel like relationship took a backseat.
They never communicated with each other it feels so rushed in the middle like they wanna make it end but the ending feels flat to me I hope there is a book3.
They were complaining earlier how they were able to have sex because they weren’t ready and it felt like it was important to them I thought at the end they could have there special moment but it never comes there are so many characters I can’t keep up.
