Jeremy Crawford, husband of best-selling author Verity Crawford, has hired Lowen to complete the remaining books in a successful series his injured wife is unable to finish. Great audio

I loved the audio version just as much as reading the book. It was nice to hear it again after reading it years ago.

Beautifully written story

This has been on my TBR, for the longest time. I loved having multiple narrators it helped distinguish each character. The progression is slower than a lot of reads, but I think I enjoyed that more. You really got to know each character and I’m left attached to most of them.

Story
Everything feels off—especially me. I’ve returned to Katmere Academy, but I’m haunted by fragments of days I have no recollection of living and struggling to understand who, or what, I really am. Just when I start to feel safe again, Hudson is back with a vengeance. He insists there are secrets I don’t know about, threatening to drive a wedge between Jaxon and me forever. But far worse enemies are at our doorstep.

Cute story line

The story line has been semi predictable but I read a lot. I’ve had the books for a while but decided to try the dramatized on these. Macy’s voice drives me absolutely insane, but I love the other characters voices.
