Here we get to see the inner workings of the fairy Godmother world and all is not happy or sunshine with rainbows. We see what it takes to be a fairy godmother along with what people will do to become one or leave. We follow the latest character to join the series as she begins to learn magic and learns how to be a cat. They also begin to help solve the mysteries of the manor. This book was written in 2023 and I hope that means this storyline is just beginning because this book leaves everything open for much more to come. I don’t want to spoil anything for people, but there are some revelations in this book which would make some juicy gossip for a certain ghost!

Assuming there will be a 4th book in this series. I love most of Danielle Garrett's work, but the Beachwood Harbor characters are by far the best... and this story was on point. I liked Book 2 in this series, but this one was even better, bringing the storyline back to the feel of earlier Beachwood mysteries. That said, most of the appeal comes from Amanda Ronconi's narration. She is the BEST.

This is a fun new series with some familiar faces. I was so happy to go back to the Beechwood Manor and see Holly, Adam and Boots again. But this series introduces a new character and I’m excited to see where this series takes us

Definitely light reading, but the story line was interesting, and both narrators did a good job of orally interpreting the characters. I'm looking forward to kicking back with book 2 right now.

There is no book 12. Thought this one would be the last one BUT no. Not my favorite out of the 11 book series. No magic, pretty predictable and I just wanted more. sorry
