It is now six years since the secret disaster at Jurassic Park, six years since the extraordinary dream of science and imagination came to a crashing end - the dinosaurs destroyed, the park dismantled, the island indefinitely closed to the public. But there are rumors that something has survived.

Some issues 😕
Reviewed: 12-31-24
The story seem to be all over the place. The characters were not as well as developed as the characters in the first book. the push of the THEORY of evolution is absolutely ridiculous, considering time and time again the book debunks the theory of evolution. Yet, at the same time the character mocks the creationist viewpoint even though it's the solution that makes the most sense.
I'm just very disappointed that this book wasn't up to the standards as the first book. Not even close. Time and time again the characters would do things that seemed unrealistic.
This book uses the Lord's name in vain, and it was not necessary or helpful to the storyline or for the characters.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed by this book, the storyline & the characters. ☹️

So Bella's father Charlie can't worry about her safety without her fighting back full force & even threatening to move out! ( Even though she knows she's not going to be human for much longer). But then Edward does the EXACT SAME THING and he is even more forceful than Charlie is. And yet she completely listens and follows and puts up with edward's controlling ways! 😡😡😡 So messed up! She's like a door mat & she's so dense that she is being treated like a dog.
