This audiobook gives a very clear, easily digestible and fast way to distinct one's patterns of thinking, realize where one is at and set goals for where one wants to be. Don't judge yourself if you see your shortcomings. Follow the author's coaching as he gives very good instructions for one to see the red flags along the way and proceed to success with more awareness.
