A great podcast for those wishing to greatly improve their health and mindset! The host, Ben Azadi, truly walks his talk and brings in quality guests with science based evidence and actionable tools and tips for the listener's to make their own personal choices for their own healthy outcomes. May all find this podcast helpful themselves.

Listening to this book has brought me great joy! I feel like I'm hanging with my funny, sassy, fierce, charming and most loyal friend. Now to step out from the audible book and to reach out to others. I feel Sah, the author, was gently holding my hand, and ever so lovingly encouraging me to leave the nest and comfort zone and fly, meet and interact with others, dare I say, in person, not behind a screen 😀 Thank you Sah! This book had some basic information about intermittent fasting slightly nuanced for women. Not heavy into the latest science and data for intermittent fasting so sadly I could not agree with some of the content. That being said, if you are just starting out your intermittent fasting lifestyle this had a couple tips worth noting. Main points were, do what your body is comfortable with, and listen to your body and it's personal needs and limitations. There was a larger chapter on recipes, likely a nice touch in a pdf download? That part was not for my body as I have so many restrictions but I hope you find this book helpful. In good health.

This is a book my soul has been waiting to be written longer than I even knew! The narration is pleasant, well paced and engaging. Deirdre and Jack passionately deliver this wonderful books model and skillsets broken down into small actionable steps for all to embrace.


Longing to integrate trauma history with spirit based psychological skills, I can not wait to put these to use and finally be free of the chains of trauma that has kept me from fully being my whole self.


Thank you for the gift of your passionate body of work, Becoming Safely Embodied, I have great hope in securing my Divine self by learning and applying the skills and exercises in this encouraging book.

I have many of Joel's audible books in my collection this one was truly disappointing. not only is there a huge editing gap in the first few minutes where there is a longer than comfortable silence. the story or guide for helping women become more comfortable in their sexuality was ineffective and way too short as were the affirmations they are what I usually love in Joel's work repetitive Affirmations and a good guide. sadly this did not bring it. on the plus side the music did relax me so that was a plus. I wish you well on your journey. sadly this is a missing market. of Joel would have pulled this off I could have trusted it would have been respectful and tasteful. I hope he revises this one. Others out there just feel dirty and distasteful.

This is a fun uplifting book that tells it straight colorful language and all. I appreciate the authenticity. I also enjoy the actual book as well as the audio book. Highly recommend! Hood luck on your journey and mind shift.
