Story
Twenty-four-year-old Saeris Fane is good at keeping secrets. No one knows about the strange powers she possesses or the fact that she has been picking pockets and stealing from the Undying Queen's reservoirs for as long as she can remember. But a secret is like a knot. Sooner or later, it is bound to come undone. When Saeris comes face-to-face with Death himself, she inadvertently reopens a gateway between realms and is transported to a land of ice and snow. The Fae have always been the stuff of myth, of legend, of nightmares… but it turns out they're real.

Yeah, I’m the one they talk about. The headmaster’s prized possession, locked away in the bell tower of Notredame Parochial College. To most of the students, I was just a myth. An urban legend. The girl who rings the bells up in the tower, the one who talks to gargoyles.

more dark romance than story.

i liked it. I'll probably read it again. I felt like the story line with Frolo was kind of rushed and could have been more prevalent. But it was good. I'd recommend reading it.

Everything changed the night my dad died. The night I met Saint, Galen, Caz, and Theo. Those manipulative a-holes set out to ruin me after our hot night together, but they didn’t realize you can’t destroy something that’s already broken. And it only works if the victim cares. Which I don’t. Because I’ve been in hell for years, and nothing penetrates the steel walls I’ve erected. Until the Sainthood decides I belong to them and cracks appear in my veneer. Their cruel games, harsh words, and rough touch awakens something inside me, and now, I’m in trouble.

it was a high school mafia romance. the author did a good job but there is fantasy and you can tell someone is trying too hard. it's somewhere in the in there. I'm not mad and the narrator did a good job. was it worth the credit? sure.

My name is Jacinthe. I'm the orphaned daughter of a powerful witch healer, but I was born without any magic of my own. I want revenge on the evil stepfather who sold me into slavery. the narrators did a bang up job. while taboo it had me fidgeting a few times. it just wasn't for me. the couch scene. I just feel like the ending was an easy out. sunshine and rainbows. so it's just unsatisfying. I'd recommend if for taboo romance and spicy scenes but not for me.

I love it because it centers around building your own saftey and learning to trust the people around you. It's an easy listen and the Narration is good. it's heavy on the cliff hangers but so far it's all pretty predictable. it's a perfect rainy day read. Read on!

Listen. The narrators are good. Every time the female says Nipple it makes me giggle. It sounds like Neeple. But this author, I'm telling you I've not been this infatuated with a series in years. Every turn, you think this will be where it ends. Nope, She builds you up and gets your heart racing then "Thank you for listening to audible." The Audacity. ugh. 10/10 would recommend.
