Alyssa is a wonderful narrator. The book feels like you are just getting advice from a super smart friend over coffee! The layout of the book and the content is very clear, easy to follow and not at all boring or dry. They provide plenty of real examples that put “raising emotionally intelligent kids” into practice with clear strategies and techniques. Easy read, excellent and applicable information that can be used right away!

First I’d like to say that the author does an amazing job narrating! She was a joy to listen to and I felt very connected to her advice, like we were talking on the sofa. The book provides tons of helpful advice along with examples to walk through the specific advice. The chapters are also organized very well, it would be easy to navigate the book by which chapters are most relevant to your situation! Great book!
