I gave up after the first chapter which was as exciting as a room full of accountants. The author can’t hold the reader’s attention and s in need of an editor to remove all of the pointless details

Bland formulaic tripe should have been clearly labelled YA. Couldn’t finish this because it’s so boring

I recommend skipping the first few chapters which tell us what AI is and why it’s important and get straight into the practical chapters which are pleasantly succinct, thoughtful, and practical.

Overacted with cliched voices and dialogue. The storyline is too weak to be noticeable. Nothing like the rest of the series

This series just gets better and better. We start to get a view of concepts that were vaguely hinted at in earlier books. And the action scenes are riveting!

Slow paced and predictable. Too much teenage angst and not enough action. And the revelation at the end was no surprise.

The narrator doesn’t know how to do gritty horror, and the story was too bland. They phone it in for this one

Apparently the original was shorter. Well this version is slow and wordy, bombastic and pompous

Slow paced and cliched with jokes that miss the mark. The narrator can’t deliver a punch line, and uses the same vocal tone for everything

Pleasant but boring. The action sequences are so tame that I didn’t care, and in between is tedious filler
