Google Search and YouTube are just some examples of big products powered by Python. Statistics revealed that 6 out of 10 parents preferred their children to learn Python instead of French. Another outstanding book from J.L. Bourne
Reviewed: 01-04-21
Read Day by Day Armageddon in 2008 while deployed to Iraq, loved the book. Every book by Bourne I have really enjoyed. This book is a little different from the others but I was surprised how good it was. Only issue is that I waited to give it a try, wasn't sure if the subject matter was something I would enjoy. Bournes writing style and the narrators turned this book into something great.

Some of the bad reviews almost made me not get this book. Most of the bad reviews were about the ending. Glad I didn't listen and gave it a chance. The book is enjoyable just like the previous books in the series. It does have a crazy ended but not a bad one.

Story
It’s been 120 years since the 50 or so worldships containing the few million survivors of the human species set off after the planet Earth was destroyed by a meteor. On the Worldship Humility, Sam, a 30-year-old Airlock Operative, is bored. Living in space should be exciting and full of adventure, except it isn’t, and he fills his time hacking 3-D movie posters and holographic adverts outside the stores in the retail zone. Petty thief Yasmine Emile Dufont is also from the WS Humility, but she is not bored....
