Story
A year ago, Dani and Zoe were lost. They traversed the country to find one another, losing some of the people dearest to them along the way. They fought for their right to simply live, uncovered long-buried secrets, and discovered irreversible truths. And after everything Dani and Zoe have been through - even with the battle wounds that they bear - they're still not safe. It's time for the struggle to end, for survivors to take back their lives, their families, their safety. It's time to really begin to live, and to do that, they must wait for the first rays of dawn.

The author kept you on the edge of your seat through the whole book. The story is one that bad things can happen to the good guy but then twists around.

Dive right in to the RPG with little explanation. Topics are terribly preachy about saving the world. The litany of specs are just too much. Not my cup of tea. Love Luke Daniels or is I’d have stopped in the middle of the read.

Story
For innovation and leadership guru Hal Gregersen, the power of questions has always been clear - but it took some years for the follow-on question to hit him: If so much depends on fresh questions, shouldn’t we know more about how to arrive at them? That sent him on a research quest ultimately including more than 200 interviews with creative thinkers. Questions Are the Answer delivers the insights Gregersen gained about the conditions that give rise to catalytic questions - and breakthrough insights - and how anyone can create them.

I really enjoy the Newsflesh series. I’m a zombie book lover and enjoy this series initially because of this. I stay for all of the additional story lines because the author has created a rich world with characters that are intriguing and well rounded. I well understand why this series has won awards. Those who like this unusual genre will be drawn in by this new refreshing look.

Story
When you discover the world is a computer program, and you figure out that by altering the code you can time travel and perform acts that seem like magic, what can possibly go wrong? Pretty much everything. Just ask Brit, who has jumped around in time with such abandon that she has to coexist with multiple versions of herself. Now, Brit the Elder finds that her memories don't match Brit the Younger's.

I love Scott Meyer’s Magic series. It is so much fun. The characters are quirky. I love when the nerds get together and do interesting things. I like the alternative universe and the take on magic/life being part of the bigger picture of the book. It does leave a few holes but I’m willing to suspend my disbelief for some fun, laughter and the overall story.

I wanted to like this it started out as informational but then slipped into PC take on it all. I hate getting taken by a book that does that. Don’t sell me a take on things it makes me doubt the book overall. If you have a leaning that is PC be honest and up front. This one wasn’t.

Interesting take on zombies. I like the various characters and shifting between stories. I like that there were good guys who continue to try and do the right thing. This one was along the line of TWD in my opinion. It has zombies, good guys and bad guys. Pretty typical for the genre. The series skirts saying this is a biblical type issue but alludes to it.

I love the Mercy Thompson book series. That lead me to the Alpha & Omega series. This series has everything that draws me in. A great heroine who is both strong but needs help. A strong male lead that has multiple facets. A bit of comedy that makes me laugh out loud from time to time. A great world of paranormal. And overall good story telling. I love this just as much as the Mercy series.
