Story
In Cured, Dr. Rediger digs down to the root causes of illness, showing how to create an environment that sets the stage for healing. He reveals the patterns behind healing and lays out the physical and mental principles associated with recovery: first, we need to physically heal our diet and our immune systems. Next, we need to mentally heal our stress response and our identities. Through rigorous research, Dr. Rediger shows that much of our physical reality is created in our minds. Our perception changes our experience, even to the point of changing our physical bodies.

If Asclepius had a Bible this would be it!
Reviewed: 05-26-23
This has become one of my favorite books of all time. Every medical student needs to read this book. It is a snippet of what the medical school should be teaching future doctors. In many ways this book encapsulates the law of attraction using science to back it up. It is amazing to know that everything we might know about health could be completely wrong. A lot of that has to do with medication. A doctor simply looks at you physically and then prescribed a medication. But other than that they don’t really spend much time with you to identify the underlying cause. This book discusses why this is important. Doctors need to be more like therapists. They need to be more like the homeopathic system wherein a doctor sits with the patient for over 2 hours discussing their concerns. This book strongly focuses on healing the body by healing the mind and soul. If Asclepius had a Bible, this book is probably what it would look like.
