I have had a hard time with this book. The narrator is outstanding!!! The book however, is leaving a lot out, not to mention it’s leaves you on a cliffhanger. I doubt I will listen to the next book.

My life was a mess, I had one shot at staying in my pack and gaining protection, and that shot just happened to be a male who wanted nothing to do with me. He’s my boss, my protector and a male I would like to call a friend. Unfortunately my wolf didn't seem to agree with me and when she recognized him as our fated mate, I had no choice but to listen.

The main characters are so entertaining and I love that they both have overcome multiple challenges to find their HEA.
The narrator did a good job with giving each character a voice, although at times (particularly at the beginning of the book due to having several characters speaking) it was a bit confusing. This is my second listen by this narrator and first by this author and I found it enjoyable and entertaining. Overall, I loved the listen.

Loved the narration! Teena did an amazing job at both the male and female characters!
The story seemed to be a lot of sex with storyline thrown in. There also should have been a trigger warning! **miscarriage and loss **
Although these books are supposed to be standalone it is very evident that you will miss out on parts that are in previous books.

I really enjoyed this book and to continue to hear the characters lives, loves and the evolution of their personalities through their trials.

Yep that was a play on words. This was my first listen by this author and I was pleasantly impressed. The narrators did a good job as well with intonation and making sure the listener could easily understand what was being said.
