Mia, the spoiled and very naive mafia princess is wed to Dante, Capo of his mafia family. Initially, Mia believes that their arranged marriage is something that she can learn to love. For Dante, the marriage is one of convenience, but also one of revenge. He wants to avenge his parents deaths by punishing their murder. Little does he know that Mia is more than he bargained for.

If you like the twisted and intense world of Mafia romances, then you'll appreciate this book. I did feel like the characters were a little under developed, especially Mia, but I still really liked the story.

Solace Sister's Series - Grant and Harley

Grant is a older, established, and successful man. He values his family, and his true friends. Imagine his inner struggles when he figures out he's in love with his best friend's daughter. Harley is a successful young woman who instantly feels the attraction and connection with her father's best friend. This story is a roller coaster of emotions and the two find their way together.

I must admit that I'm in love with this series after just book one. Grant and Harley's story instantly caught my attention. The narrator captured the connection between the characters perfectly. The story line wasn't overly dramatic.

Noah is a grumpy rich guy who is looking for a change. He finds his change in Lily and her unique diner. The two really seem to hit it off and are doing well, until a miscommunication and a natural disaster flip their little town up-side-down.

I really liked this story. It was clean, sweet, romantic, and relatable. The characters were realistic and the story kept my attention.

This was a great read. The characters were easy to like (most of them) and the situations and issue in the story line were easy to relate to. There was death, illness, domestic violence, love, happiness and sadness.

Laurel, who had a traumatizing childhood, loses her Aunt, who she was so incredibly close to. During her lose, she learns that friends can be family and family can be disastrous!.

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. This is not my usual type of read, but I found it charming and the story line was easy to follow. This story is based on Kenzie Wardwell, who's family has been cursed for years. Kenzie has her own struggles with her family and a sister that disappeared on her. Enter Colby, a man who catches Kenzie's attention and makes her feel things she's never felt before.

This story is well written and I'm excited to read the next book in the series.

Once I started this audio book, I couldn't stop. The story line was easy to follow and the characters were relatable. Ash, a widow, fell for his best friend's daughter, who is also the age of his own children. It was fun to see the plot come full circle. I would definitely read more from this author.

I really liked this book, and with not starting with book one first, I wasn't lost at all on the characters. I feel like this series could be read as a stand-alone or in order. The step-brother/step-sister relationship didn't seem all that taboo in this series. I couldn't put this book down though. You can't help but to fall in love with the characters of Madison and Garrett. Madison is sweet, hard-working, and has been screwed over. Garrett is sexy, protective, and has Madison in his sights, whatever it takes.

This wasn't my favorite of the series so far. I feel like the story was really short. Ashley makes a HUGE mistake and I think it will play a much larger role in their future story line. I do love that you can tell that Ashley and Ethan are just drawn to one another.

I love that the whole family now knows about the elephant in the room. The new characters are bringing a new spin to the story and the support that both Ashley and Ethan are receiving from their parents is awesome. The shower scenes and camping scenes in this one get quite steamy.

I love how supportive that Ashley's mom is about the whole relationship, but think it's odd that they are all so concerned about Ethan's dad's reactions. This wasn't my favorite, but was okay.
