Not much else to say other than I appreciate all the work Jay Shetty has done to put this book together for everyone. There is a ton of insight and knowledge in here that I had to listen to the book three times to remind myself some key pointers. 5 stars in every aspect. I will probably listen again when I’m done 🤙🏼 Very relaxing listening to Jay speak
