Story
Few of us have lived through the kind of suffering Teal Swan endured: 13 years of ritual abuse at the hands of a cult. But all of us have been fractured by trauma in one way or another. Your wounds may be visible as bodily scars; or they may show up in the form of anxiety, depression, or PTSD; or you may simply be struggling in your life for reasons you don’t simply understand. The good news is that you can heal your wounds.

Her words transmit not only pain but hope and light for all who r healing from trauma. As one myself, I have enjoyed the somewhat easy guide that Gabrielle laid out. I have followed most of the modalities she describes and can testify to their effect. Healing takes a village, in our case, of those who will light our way into finding ourselves back into essence. Highly recommend, no matter at which stage you are in your healing journey.

Story
Middle school is its own important, distinct territory, and yet it's either written off as an uncomfortable rite of passage or lumped in with other developmental phases. Based on her many years working in schools, professional counselor Phyllis Fagell sees these years instead as a critical stage that parents can't afford to ignore (and though "middle school" includes different grades in various regions, Fagell maintains that the ages make more of a difference than the setting).

I grab my clothes and get away from the powerful, irresistible, and best-sex-of-my-life superstar as fast as I can.

Before she became a celebrated teacher and lecturer, Gabrielle Bernstein was going down a dangerous path. For years, Bernstein struggled with eating disorders, drug and alcohol abuse, and constant self-doubt and self-loathing. That all changed when she discovered A Course in Miracles, which taught her that much of what she feared in life was not frightening at all and, in many cases, not even real. Now, Bernstein lives an empowered, healthy, and joyful life.
