I love this audiobook! It's narrated well and was engaging to listen to. The information presented in this audiobook is so helpful and important for anyone who wants to work on developing better negotiation skills for work and life. Anyone can become a better negotiator by applying the teachings from the audiobook. I used to think that some people were just naturally better negotiators, but it's actually a skill that anyone can learn and develop. I loved that the author dives into the importance of active listening - that's something that has helped me tremendously throughout my career. I'd highly recommend this book!

I loved this audiobook! I've always been very interested in witchcraft and the occult, and listen to a lot of paranormal podcasts, so I found this super interesting and informative. I learned some things I didn't know, and really enjoyed learning about the history of spells, crystals, and magic. The author dives into the ancient history of witchcraft as well as how it's portrayed in modern society. Since witchcraft and the occult have become "trendy" subjects, it's important to understand the origin of these subjects and respect the history. I found the narration to be engaging, and finished this in one sitting!

I finished this audiobook in one sitting. It's a quick listen that's packed with valuable information for improving your health and being the best version of yourself. There's so much information out there today about what you should be doing to be healthier - it can be tough to sift through it all. This book simplifies things! It gets straight to the point, and Dr. Burns lays out tips that are easy for anyone to implement. The narration is engaging and enjoyable to listen to. I highly recommend this audiobook for anyone who wants to feel and live better!

This audiobook is a fantastic guide to the Yoruba language. I love audiobook for learning new languages, since you can listen to the exact pronunciation from a native speaker. I love that this book breaks down the basics of learning Yoruba and provides a guide to learning helpful vocabulary words for a total beginner. I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in learning a new language that you may not hear spoken regularly!

I learned a ton of valuable information from this audiobook! Although the book is focused on women over 50, there's actually a lot of information that could be applied by anyone.

I've heard a lot about the benefits of intermittent fasting. This book outlines exactly what is is, how to do it, and the benefits as well as the cons. It's not a fad diet - it's about feeling good, losing weight in a healthy way, and having more energy.

I love that the author includes practical, easy-to-apply tips and strategies for making intermittent fasting a part of your daily life. I'd highly recommend this book to anyone over 50 who wants to feel their best!

I'm not yet over 40, but I think a lot of the information in this book can be applied by anyone. Gut health is so important, and it's something that often goes overlooked. As we get older, we need to make shifts in our lifestyle so we age well and remain at optimal health. This book breaks down exactly what types of shifts we need to make for more energy and an overall greater sense of well-being. I found this audiobook to be interesting and engaging, and liked the narration style. I highly recommend it for anyone who is getting older and wants to feel great!

As someone with ADHD, I've always thought of it as an annoying inconvenience that can put me at a disadvantage. I absolutely love how the author frames ADHD as a superpower, because when you think about it, it really can be! This book made me think about ADHD in a totally different light. I loved the content on mindfulness training - mindfulness is something I try to practice and find to be so helpful.

I found the narration to be engaging and pleasant to listen to. I'd recommend this audiobook for anyone who has ADHD or has someone in their life with ADHD - or anyone who is just curious about the condition!
