Enjoyed the narration as it fit the story line. And the storyline was simple but sweet.

Too happy of an ending
Reviewed: 12-03-22
The grandmother is the only reason I finished this audible. She is sweet and kind. The daughter and granddaughter are self center and selfish and always get what they want. I kept waiting for them to change by the end of the book and they never did. Money grows money in this book……..
But I will listen to more by this author as the basic story line was good but could have had more twists to it. Really liked the narrator.

Characters too all over the place with their thinking
Reviewed: 06-16-21
Meg was too unrealistic in her expectations.
Amy was just selfish and spastic and immature.
Joe did nothing but constantly whine. The voice used for her character grated on my nerves.
The story could had been better, and ended better, if each character had just matured a bit throughout the story instead of going backwards.

Depressing
Reviewed: 05-11-21
I have read and or listened to thousands of books and this is one of the worst and most depressing. I struggled to get thru it as kept hoping good would win over evil and was sadly disappointed.
